We are open with core staff
We understand this is a really difficult time for everyone. As a small independent business, we took the decision to furlough most of our staff from 24th March for an initial three-week period to protect their health and reduce the potential risk of the spread of the Coronavirus.
We have now put measures in place to ensure our compliance with government advice by reviewing our day to day practices and procedures and have adapted our processes to mitigate the associated risks. Part of the ongoing commitment to our staff and clients is to review the government advice and guidance regularly and implement change where indicated.
Therefore, we have re-opened with limited core staff only at this time, each with their own designated protected work space; as their safety and well-being at work is our primary concern.
Please note that we are not able to accept any visitors into our premises at the moment; in line with the government’s ban on non-essential travel. However, may we remind you that we offer our covered transporter for a collection and delivery service at minimal cost.
While the showroom will have to remain closed for the foreseeable future; we are still dealing with sales enquires over the telephone or via email. When the government advice on travel restrictions has been relaxed, visits to our showroom will be by appointment only.
Whilst we understand this isn’t quite “Business as usual”, we would still like the opportunity to offer our products and services to you at a good and sustainable level and assure you that our experienced staff are still at hand to help you with any advice and assistance you may need.
